I just placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

You can unfortunately not cancel a completed order.

Because we don't want to keep you waiting, once you’ve completed your order, it is processed and dispatched for delivery as soon as possible.

I just placed an order and made a mistake in my address and/or name. Can I change it?

Contact us within 24 hours or as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to correct the mistake. We can’t promise it will always be possible since your order might have already been dispatched/shipped. But we’ll do our best to ensure you get your product delivered to your doorstep.

Please make sure you include your residential address, not a PO Box/APO/FPO address, a vacation or a temporary address, because we don’t know if or for how long the destination’s customs department will have the package on hold.

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to over 50 countries and we are always expanding that network. Do you love the GadgetOMG products and live in a country not within our shipping network? Contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We dispatch your order from one of our fulfilment facilities located across the world, including USA, Europe or Asia.

Because of that, we use different carriers based on which fulfilment facility has your order available in store. 

What is the shipping price?

The shipping price is displayed during your checkout process, as soon as you enter your shipping information. We offer extremely time and cost-effective shipping starting as low as $3.95.

Where's my order? Can I track its progress?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and you can use it to track your package in the Track Order package on our website.

I just placed an order. When can I expect to receive it?

Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis.

We generally depend on the speed and efficiency of customs and mailing services in each country. Sometimes we experience very fast shipping times, while others there are delays that we really can not control or influence.

As a general rule, the average normal post shipping delivery time for different countries is:

  • UK and Mainland Europe: 16 to 18 business days
  • USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 14 to 16 business days
  • Rest of the world: approximately 20 business days

Weekends don’t count towards these timelines.

If your package takes slightly longer, we appreciate your patience while you wait for it to arrive.

Please allow at least 20 days before contacting us to inquire if you haven’t received your order by then. Some mailing services (e.g. in the Middle East, Brazil, etc.) tend to experience longer delays in delivering orders. We unfortunately can not control these delays and appreciate your patience in allowing additional time to receive your order.

Our aim is your complete service satisfaction. You can trust that we will always go above and beyond to deliver your order as soon as possible and in the quality you expect.

Are your packages insured?

We commit to deliver every product ordered in our store! If you don’t receive your order within the given delivery timelines, contact us and in case of loss, we will re-ship your order free of charge.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to provide our customers with the best quality products and an impeccable shopping experience. However, some factors are beyond our control and can result in your products being damaged. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible [no later than 48 hours from order receipt]. We will do our best to assist you without delay.

What about duty/custom fees and taxes?

Shipping to US is generally Duty-Free for orders up to $800.

We are shipping the GadgetOMG products all over the world so it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location. You will therefore need to cover any duty and tax applicable in your country upon the receipt of your order.

We will do our best to get it to you in the most cost efficient way possible and we will pass on to you any savings we discover along the way.

To understand what import taxes may apply to your order, please contact your nearest post or customs office. 

Why didn't my items come together in one package?

Your items are shipped from various international warehouses located across the USA, Canada, China and Hong Kong. We split our inventory between multiple fulfilment centres around the world to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. For this reason, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once. The others are on their way. If you don't receive your complete order within 4 to 6 weeks from the time you placed the order, please contact us to check what could be delaying it.

Once you have completed your order and/or received the order confirmation e-mail, we are unable to cancel and/or make any changes towards your order.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We want you to love shopping at GadgetOMG. If for any reason you don't love your purchase, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Can I return my purchased product(s)?

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee, no questions asked for any product purchased through our website. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will refund you the price of the product. The cost of shipping to return the product to us as well as any import fees imposed by customs authorities when we receive your order back will have to be covered by you or deducted from the refund amount credited to your account.

Our policy lasts 30 days after the product reaches your shipping address. If 30 days have gone by after your product has arrived, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be brand new (never used), in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact usno later than 30 days from the date of your order receipt. We'll provide you with the return address. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return/exchange. As soon as we receive the item we will either issue a refund or we will exchange the product for another one.

If you wish to return an item you received damaged, please contact us no later than 48 hours from the time you received your order.

To avoid potential issues, we recommend using a tracking service when returning an item.

* We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us.

Non-returnable items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and/or without contacting us before returning the order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you via email that we received your returned item. We will also notify you, in due course, of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed shortly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you were notified that your refund has been processed and you haven’t received your refunded amount yet, please check your bank account first.

Next, contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected into your account.

Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected into your account.

If you’ve taken all these steps and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
